DISTRICT   LEVEL   DRAMA   COMPITITION (First Prize)

To provide a stage to the budding actors, a district level drama competition – ‘ DRAMA FESTIVAL’  – was organized on 27 September,2018 by the department of Science and Technology at the Regional Science Centre in Polytechnic College, Jodhpur.

In a neck to neck competition with eight schools,  Vidhyashram International School, Jodhpur won the First Prize . The congregated magic of wonderful acting, crisp dialogue delivery, thought provoking subject matter and the deft direction of Mr Mahesh Choudhary ( the theatre teacher)  made it possible for VIS. All the participants were elated to find an opportunity to showcase their talent.

Mr Ashok Pandya, President,  Music and Theatre Academy of Rajasthan motivated the students by highlighting the far reaching influence of drama on society. Senior theatre artists like Mr Ramesh Bohra, Mr M S Jai and Pramod Vaishnav were present there to grace the occasion.
