Walking keeps health good

 

Walking daily is good for us. If we spend some time walking everyday,there are many tips that will rejoice you :-

- People who walks regularly are known to suffer lesser from ailments such as heart disease,diabetes,cancer and several other diseases.

- Don't walk as much as you'd like to. Make an extra efforts to include it in your daily routine and you'll notice the difference it makes to your life almost immediately.

- Walking is greatly recommended for people in their 50's and 60's because it decreases the risk of heart related diseases ans strokes.

- Regular walking not only reduces your cholesterol and lowers blood pressure,but also increases bone density and helps prevents osteoporosis especially in women.

- People who walk and exercise on a daily basis ,suffer less depression and anxiety as it improves self esteem and is a instant mood enhancer.

- If you we walk everyday for few minutes we would notice that we get better sleep.

- Walking also reduces weight.So,walk to reduce weight.Walking is good and effective exercise to reduce weight.Starting with few minutes and then gradually increasing gains stamina.

- Walking also reduces the risk of colon cancer as well as cardiovascular diseases.
